Review of  2007 Consensus statements
:

1.   Consensus Statement for National Program controls: CAHCLS support the NRL EQA program – a correspondence on CAHCLS letter head to support the NRL EQA program.

2.   Consensus statement: Establishment of a Working Group for Development of a National Data Base to Collectively Monitor Number of HIV Serological False Positives – develop term of reference - what data to be collected, with what frequency, etc. needed to follow issue of false positives. (Lead - Christianne,  Members - Fred, Bonita, Todd, John)

3.   Consensus statement: Establishment of Need Assessment (Group: Anthony Chow, Gail McNabb, Barry Plant and Tony Mazzulli and Carol Swantee and Chris Sherlock.)

Follow-up of 2006 consensus statement:

1.   CAHCLS will initiate a discussion to rationalize tissue/organ/cells donor testing across the country

2.   We propose to establish a working group to examine the utility of finding an algorithm that could eliminate the need for WB.

3.   Pamphlets and brochure developed with CATIE

4.   Consensus statement regarding HIV test kit licensure regulations is with Debbie and Maria
